 The Forum develops and leases industrial space in Manatee County Florida. We also develop residential real estate and commercial property. We currently have industrial space for lease in Manatee County Florida.

I am a Civil engineer and use those skills to make an industrial park anyone would be proud to bring customers.

Who We Are

We have been developing projects in the Manatee Sarasota area since 1987.  We currently have 90,000 square feet of industrial space leased in the Sarasota area. We also have property in Texas and have vacant land on state road 70 and in Ellenton. To date we have built 700 homes in the area and over 1000 home sites. Now we are going to make a signature project that will rival any in the area.
